Blue Zones studies the worlds longest lived and happiest people and tells you their secrets. Last year I wrote about Dan’s bestseller, The Blue Zones: Lessons For Living Longer from the People Who’ve Lived the Longest. And now I’m writing to tell you about his new bestseller, Thrive: Finding Happiness The Blue Zones Way.
Go ahead and take the True Happiness Test, it takes only 4 minutes to get your own True Happiness Grade and personalized recommendations. I just took the happiness test and scored a “B”, and got several really good suggestions for becoming happier. I also took the “Vitality Compass” test to approximate my longevity. According to the test, I may live 83.2 years and can live to about 100 by adding just a few habits, including a couple drinks per day, some fruit, and a faith-based activity.
